Cooking Classes:
The Gourmet Girl specializes in cooking classes for the culinary challenged. From the basic "how to boil
water", to the perfect "breakfast in bed" menu to an authentic Italian Dinner on up to a 5 course meal with
wine to match. With hundreds of recipes in our repertoire, the menu combinations are endless!
Chef Michelle meets with prior to your evening and goes over menu and evening itinerary. The evening allows
you to participate in the creation of your dinner and show your guest an awesome time.

Rustic Italian Get Together
Bruschetta Crostini:
- Crisp toasted baguette topped with heirloom tomato medly and fresh basil
Pasta Fagioli:
- Rustic bean soup with fresh vegetables and a hint of prosciutto
Chicken Cacciatore:
- Roasted whole chicken, cut in fourths with a spicy tomato sauce. Served
on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes
Tiramisu:
- Italian for "pick me up" this rich dessert is sure to get your attention with
light ladyfingers soaked in espresso, marscapone cheese and chocolate shavings
Food and Wine Pairing Tastings:
Some of the best ways to learn how to appreciate wine is to practice! The Gourmet Girl has the resources
to share with her clients. We offer a wine tasting with 5 different wines, presented in a Progressive Fashion
(from lightest to richest) with light dishes to accompany them.
An active member of Copia, subscriber to Food and Wine, Gourmet, and Wine Spectator, Chef Michelle can help
you get on you way to having good, solid wine knowledge!

Cheeseboard:
- Brie, Gorgonzola, Havarti, Jarlsberg and Manchego cheese, grapes,
berries, salted nuts and dry cured olives accompanied by crusty bread

- Bibb lettuce wedges with Green Goddess dressing and chunks of
Maytag Bleu Cheese

Make Your Own Pizzas:

Creme Brulee':
- A Gourmet Girl specialty! Fresh bourbon vanilla beans and cream set in
ramekins and candied on top with raw sugar
