About the Chef:
Who Is Chef Michelle?

Chef Michelle has experience in accommodating various trend diets including Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers and The Zone. We also accommodate all levels of Vegetarianism: lacto-ovo vegetarians, lacto vegetarians, ovo vegetarians, vegans macrobiotic and organic menus. If you have a specific dietary need not listed, we can create a personalized menu to fit your dietary request.

She has also worked closely with patients under doctors care, including The Mayo Clinic (Hospital) needing guidance for dietary compliance from their physicians following surgery, chemotherapy and physical rehabilitation.

All menus are available for review prior to your cooking day and are available for your Physician or Nutritionists' review if requested.

10 meal package:
(1 weeks worth of meals for 2 people)
5 different meals, 2 of each & appropriate side = $375

20 meal package:
(2 weeks worth of meals for 2 people)
10 different meals, 2 portions of each & appropriate side = $525

30 meal package:
(2 weeks worth of meals for 3 people)
10 different meals, 3 portions of each & appropriate side = $675

40 meal package:
(2 weeks worth of meals for 4 people)
10 different meals, 4 portions of each & appropriate side = $950

Cost of meals includes Menu Planning, Shopping, Cooking, Packaging, Labeling & cleanup plus complete Heating Instructions.

Sample Menus:

Organic Menu:
Lemon Dill Salmon, Quinoa Cilantro Salad, Steamed Broccoli
- Fresh wild caught salmon with a light lemon dill sauce, hearty quinoa
cilantro salad with peppers and fresh steamed broccoli

Vegetarian Menu:
Sweet Potato Ravioli:
- Small pastas stuffed with sweet potatoes. Tossed in rich, brown butter
and toasted hazelnuts
- Baby Snow Peas:
Delicate snow peas lightly coated in olive oil and minced garlic
